Ingredients
  Black eyed peas 2 Can (20 oz)
  Italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White hominy 1 Can (10 oz)
  Diced bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all this stuff to mix.
2) Place inside refrigerator to chill for 5 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve by adding extra dressing.
