Mushroom Caps With Caviar Or Ginger

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mushroom 6 Large
  Yogurt/Sour cream 3 Tablespoon
  Caviar/1 tablespoon grated candied ginger 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic powder together and mix well.
2) Marinate the mushroom caps in the mixture and set aside for 1 to 24 hours, turning frequently.

SERVING
3) Top the mushroom caps with yogurt or sour cream and caviar or ginger and serve immediately.
