Caviar A La Crème

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon, sifted
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Red caviar 2 Ounce, chilled (1 Jar)
  Crackers/Party bread 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In heatproof measuring cup combine gelatin and water.
Place cup in a saucepan of hot water; heat and stir till gelatin dissolves.
Press cottage cheese through sieve.
In mixing bowl beat together sieved cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream till smooth; beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Gradually blend about 1 cup of the cheese mixture into gelatin.
Return to remaining cheese mixture.
Stir till combined.
Turn into a 5-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold on platter; top with caviar.
