Mushroom Caviar

  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, wiped clean and finely chopped
  Shallots 4 , minced
  Dry white wine 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Toasted pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Boston lettuce 1
  Sesame crackers 1 Dozen (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste

Melt butter in large skillet over high heat.
Add mushrooms and shallots and saute, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
Stir in wine and garlic and cook another minute.
Remove from heat, transfer to bowl and let cool.
Gently mix in pine nuts and sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Mound on lettuce leaves and accompany with sesame crackers.
