Ingredients
  Red potatoes 4 Small
  Water 500 Milliliter
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ripe olives 4 Large, pitted, minced
Directions

1. In 1-quart saucepan over high heat, heat unpeeled potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain potatoes; cut each in half.
