Caviar Potatoes

Caviar Potatoes is simply delicious. Caviar Potatoes gets its desired taste from potatoes mixed in sour cream. Caviar Potatoes is loved by many around the world.
Ingredients
  New potatoes 7 Small
  Boiling water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Commercial sour cream 9 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Black caviar 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained
  Golden caviar 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained
Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
Chill.
Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
Place potato slices on a serving platter.
Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon sour cream and about 1/8 tea spoon caviar.
