|New potatoes||7 Small|
|Boiling water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||9 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)|
|Black caviar||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained|
|Golden caviar||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained|
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
Place potato slices on a serving platter.
Top each slice with about 3/4 teaspoon sour cream and about 1/8 tea spoon caviar.
