|Cauliflower head/2 packages of 9 ounce each frozen cauliflower||1 Large|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Clean fresh cauliflower; break into florets.
Cook in boiling salted water 10 minutes or until just tender. (Cook frozen cauliflower according to package directions.)
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Drain cauliflower; place in serving dish.
Top with dressing
