Cauliflower Oregano

Cauliflower oregano is fresh and herbed cauliflower recipe. Simple and super easy to prepare, this cauliflower oregano is flavored with a hint of lemon juice and seasoned with salt. Served as a side vegetable or with salads, this is a very homely accompaniment.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower head/2 packages of 9 ounce each frozen cauliflower 1 Large
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Clean fresh cauliflower; break into florets.
Cook in boiling salted water 10 minutes or until just tender. (Cook frozen cauliflower according to package directions.)
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Drain cauliflower; place in serving dish.
Top with dressing
