|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped dill||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Steam the cauliflower for about 10 to 15 minutes or until tender and easily pierced with a fork.
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cayenne pepper and dill in a bowl and whisk to blend.
Place the cauliflower in a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread with the mayonnaise mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Broil about 6 inches from heat for 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cut into 1 inch slices and serve.
