Cauliflower And Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Water/Nonfat chicken broth / vegetable broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low sodium canned tomato puree 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped canned green chiles 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower florets 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat 1/4 cup of the water or broth in a heavy saucepan. Add onions. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Add more liquid during this process if necessary.
2. Add tomato puree, chiles, parsley, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add cauliflower. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
