Cauliflower Sauteed

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower head 1 , broken into florets
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Melt the butter and salad oil in a medium-size skillet.
Mix in the garlic salt; saute the florets for 3 minutes, stirring gently.
Season with salt and nutmeg.
Put the cauliflower into a serving bowl; garnish it with chopped chives.
