|Cauliflower florets||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Water/Nonfat chicken broth / vegetable broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Red bell pepper||1 , seeded and minced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Green bell pepper||1 , seeded and minced|
Place cauliflower florets and water or broth in a microwave-safe casserole.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
Let stand for 3 minutes.
Toss cauliflower with minced red and green peppers, black pepper, lemon peel, basil, and parsley.
