French-Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cauliflower 1 Medium, broken into flowerets
  Vegetable oil   (as required)
Directions

Combine flour and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Combine egg, milk, and oil in a small mixing bowl.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Dip cauliflower into batter; fry in deep hot oil (375°) until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Transfer to a serving platter, and serve immediately.
