|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Cauliflower||1 Medium, broken into flowerets|
|Vegetable oil||(as required)|
Combine flour and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
Combine egg, milk, and oil in a small mixing bowl.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Dip cauliflower into batter; fry in deep hot oil (375Â°) until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Transfer to a serving platter, and serve immediately.
