Italian Cauliflower Au Gratin
|Cauliflower head||1 Medium, cored|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded mild cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian seasoned bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place cauliflower upside-down in 2-quart microproof casserole.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on HI, 4 minutes.
Turn cauliflower over.
Cover and cook on HI, 4 to 5 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
Drain cauliflower, reserving liquid.
Mix liquid with cheese and bread crumbs.
Pat mixture gently onto cauliflower.
Cover and cook on HI, 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt.
Let stand, still covered, 3 minutes before serving.
