|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Wash cauliflower and separate into flowerets.
Shred and combine with remaining ingredients.
Serve as any other coleslaw.
