Cauliflower Parmesan

This Cauliflower Parmesan is a fabulous lunchmate! Try out this amazing blend of Parmesan and Cauliflower! Let me know what you feel about the Cauliflower Parmesan ! I love it with noodles, what about you?
  Reduced calorie margarine 2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Cauliflower florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon

In small saucepan heat margarine until bubbly and hot; stir in flour.
Remove from heat and, using a wire whisk, blend in sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Return to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth [do not boil).
Add cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Transfer mixture to flameproof 1 1/2-cup casserole; broil 6 inches from heat source until browned, about 1 minute.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
