|All purpose flour||1 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
|Cauliflower florets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
In small saucepan heat margarine until bubbly and hot; stir in flour.
Remove from heat and, using a wire whisk, blend in sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Return to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth [do not boil).
Add cauliflower and cook, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Transfer mixture to flameproof 1 1/2-cup casserole; broil 6 inches from heat source until browned, about 1 minute.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
