Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower florets 2 Cup (32 tbs), blanched
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Mint flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In 8-inch skillet heat oil; add cauliflower, mint, salt, and pepper and saute until cauliflower is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and saute for 2 minutes longer.
