This Cauliflower Sauteed makes a delicious spicy snack! The Cauliflower Sauteed also tastes good with a bowl of steaming white rice! Try out the dish and let me know how you liked the dish!
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower head 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

This makes a party dish out of a common vegetable.
The cauliflower should be steamed a day ahead.
Melt the butter and salad oil in a medium-size skillet.
Mix in the garlic salt, saute the florets for 3 minutes, stirring gently.
Season with salt and nutmeg.
Put the cauliflower into a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped chives.
