Cauliflower Savory

  Cauliflower 1 Large
  Onion 1 Large
  Mushrooms 4
  Butter/Margarine 50 Gram
  White sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard boiled eggs 2
  Cheese 100 Gram
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoning To Taste

Divide cauliflower into flowerets.
Boil in salted water until only just tender.
Fry the sliced onion, tomatoes and chopped mushrooms in butter, season well.
Arrange half the cauliflower in a hot dish.
Cover with mushroom mixture.
Arrange rest of flowerets over the top in a round cauliflower shape.
Cover with white sauce and cheese.
Brown in oven or under grill.
Garnish with quartered tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs.
