Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Medium, broken into flowerets
  Fine dry breadcrumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
Directions

Place cauliflower in a small amount of boiling water; return to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain and cool.
Combine next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Combine eggs and milk; mix well.
Dip flowerets in egg mixture; roll in crumb mixture.
Fry in deep hot oil (375°) until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot.
