|Fine dry breadcrumbs||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|

|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)|
Place cauliflower in a small amount of boiling water; return to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
Drain and cool.
Combine next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Combine eggs and milk; mix well.
Dip flowerets in egg mixture; roll in crumb mixture.
Fry in deep hot oil (375Â°) until golden.
Drain on paper towels.
