|Cauliflower head||1 Small|
|Dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , with 1 tb milk|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until tender (10-15 minutes).
Drain, dip in bread crumbs, then in beaten egg, and again in bread crumbs.
Fry until brown in l/2 cup olive oil heated to the verge of smoking.
Drain briefly on paper and serve.
