Fried Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 , broken into florets
  Fine dry breadcrumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a pot of boiling water, place the cauliflower and bring to a boil
2) Reduce the flame, cover with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes till tender
3) Combine the parmesan cheese and the breadcrumbs
4) Then combine the milk and eggs
5) Dip the florets into the egg and then into the breadcrumb ad cheese
6) Fry in hot oil till golden
7) Drain onto absorbent kitchen towels

SERVING
8) Serve hot with ketchup
