Cauliflower, Pepper and Peas

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Bell pepper 1 , stemmed, seeded, and cut into 12 pieces (Green / Red)
  Cauliflower flowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Small Ones)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground cumin seed 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a wide frying pan heat oil.
2. Add pepper, cauliflower, peas, water, cumin, and salt.
3. Cook covered over moderately-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
