Cream of Cauliflower
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable stock||1200 Milliliter|
Melt butter and put olive oil in that.
Sweat the mirepoix and the cauliflower in that and then add the vegetable stock in the same.
Add coriander roots also in that and bring it to boil, season in the mean time.
Once the vegetables are cooked then puree the same.
Put the soup back on fire and simmer, finish with cream and adjust the seasoning after checking.
Garnish with fresh cream and sprig of parsely
