Microwave Cheesy Cauliflower
|Cauliflower||1 Pound, cut into flowerets|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1. Wash the cauliflower and place the cauliflower in a glass casserole. Cook covered on HIGH (9) for 7 minutes or until tender. Set aside to cool.
2. Prepare the sauce in a glass microwave measuring cup by cooking butter on ROAST (7) for 1 1/2 minutes till melted.
3. Add the flour, then milk, cheese and Worcestershire sauce the measuring cup. Cook covered on ROAST (7) for 5 minutes till thick while stirring during the cooking process
4. Pour sauce over cooked cauliflower.
5. Serve hot
