Fish With Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Fish filets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cauliflower 1 Large (or 2 small size)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut cauliflower into small pieces and boil in salted water until soft.

MAKING
2.Drain cauliflower, keep the liquid aside.
3.Take a soaked Romertopf, put layers of cauliflower and fish with butter pieces in between.
4.Mix cauliflower liquid with sugar, salt and lemon juice.
5.Drizzle the mixture on fish and cauliflower.
6.Combine cheese, almonds and flour and top the mixture on the fish and cauliflower layers.
7.Cook for 45 minutes.

SERVING
8.Serve with mashed potatoes.
