Arrange cauliflower florets in single row around edge of microwave-safe dinner plate with larger ends pointing outward.
Place peas in centre and sprinkle with onion.
Cover with plastic wrap, turning back 1 corner to vent.
Micro-cook at high for 4 minutes; stir peas, recover and micro-cook at high for 2 to 3 minutes or until cauliflower is tender and peas are hot.
In small dish or 1-cup (250 mL) measuring cup, micro-cook butter at high until melted; add salt.
Drizzle over vegetables and sprinkle with bacon.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
Re-cover tightly with plastic wrap and let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
