|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Yellow cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Fried bacon slices||12 , crumbled|
1)Trim cauliflower, soak, head down, in cold salted water for 20 minutes.
2)In a large saucepan, put the cauliflower in lot of boiling salted water. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
3)On a double boiler, melt butter and add flour to it. Stir.
4)Add milk, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook until thickened. Keep stirring.
5)Add cheese and stir until melted.
6)Take a serving dish and put cauliflower in it. Pour sauce and top with bacon. Serve.
