1) In a 1-quart casserole add cauliflower, green or red pepper, and water. Mix thoroughly.
2) Cook covered on 100% power (high) for 5 to 7 minutes till crisp-tender.
3) Keep aside covered.
4) To prepare garlic butter, in a 1-cup measure add butter or margarine, garlic, and pepper.
5) Cook on high for 40 to 50 seconds.
6) Drain the cauliflower mixture.
7) Add garlic butter to the cauliflower mixture and toss.
