Basic Crudites Relish

Ingredients
  Carrots 4 , peeled and sliced into 3-inch strips
  Celery 4 , peeled and cut into 3-inch strips
  Cauliflower 1⁄4 , cut off ends, break apart into flowerets
  Zucchini strip 2 Small, cut into 3-inch strips
For dip
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tabasco 4 Drop
Directions

MAKING
1) Prepare vegetables.
2) Put the vegetables in cold water.
3) Put in refrigerator until serving time.

SERVING
4) Blend all ingredients for dip and serve.
