Cauliflower With Water Chestnuts
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Bouillon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
1)In a pan, add cauliflower, 2 cups boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes. Drain.
2)In a pan, heat oil and sauté mushrooms, add water chestnuts, reserved mushroom liquid bouillon, sherry, soy sauce and cornstarch.
3)Cook for about 3 minutes, keep stirring constantly.
4)Then, add cauliflower and heat through.
5)Serve cauliflower hot with steamed rice.
