Cauliflower in mushroom sauce
|Frozen cream of shrimp soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1)In a saucepan, add cauliflower and salted water. Cook covered for 12 minutes or until tender. Drain.
2)Take a heated serving dish and put cauliflower in it. Keep warm.
3)Take a small saucepan and put the soup. Heat it until smooth on low.
4)Add sour cream and salt. Cook until heated through, stirring constantly.
5)Add almonds and stir.
6)Pour the sauce on cauliflower and serve hot.
