1. Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
2 In a 1-1/2-quart casserole with lid, place the cauliflower with stems toward outside of dish.
3 Add water; cover.
4 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 7 to 8 minutes or until tender; stir after 4 minutes.
5 Let stand, covered,for 2 minutes. Drain.
