|Cauliflower||1 , broken into florets|
|Bread crumbs||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon (To Fry)|
1)In a saucepan, cook cauliflower flowerets in salted water until tender. Drain.
2)Crumble it into small pieces and mix breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic salt, salt, pepper and eggs.
3)Shape into small patties.
4)In a skillet, heat oil and fry for 20 minutes or until browned on both sides.
5)Serve the cauliflower patties with ketchup or dip of your choice.
