Cauliflower Patties

Cauliflower patties are a very old recipe, liked by everyone. Although you can enjoy patty made with different ingredients also, but this patty is special. It has a unique taste to it. Enjoy the cauliflower patties hot with main dish or as a snack.
Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 , broken into florets
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon (To Fry)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, cook cauliflower flowerets in salted water until tender. Drain.
2)Crumble it into small pieces and mix breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic salt, salt, pepper and eggs.
3)Shape into small patties.
4)In a skillet, heat oil and fry for 20 minutes or until browned on both sides.

SERVING
5)Serve the cauliflower patties with ketchup or dip of your choice.
