Hot Vinegar Pickled Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Medium cauliflower 2 Pound (1 Piece)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Diced pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower. Cut of florets of desired size from the head.

MAKING
2) In a medium-size saucepan, cook florets in little quantity of salted boiling water for about 10 minutes and drain off excess water.
3) In a small saucepan, mix the remaining ingredient as the cabbage cooks.
4) Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
5) Pour the dressing over the cauliflower and serve.
