|Sweet peppers||To Taste|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1 Break the cauliflower into florets
2 In a pan add the florets along with water just enogh to cover the cauliflower and bring to a boil.
3 Simmer for 5 minutes and drain
4 Pack in 3 sterlized jars.
5 Cut peppers into thin rings and mix with the remaining ingredients
6 Transfer to the jars and seal them immediately.
7 Serve as desired.
