Gourmet Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Frozen cauliflower 20 Ounce (2 Packages Of 10 Ounce Each)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Non dairy low fat sour cream substitute 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 4 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

MAKING
2. In a nonstick baking dish, first place cauliflower, sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Pour sour cream and cover with bread crumbs.
4. Bake in oven until the surface is brown.

SERVING
5. Serve hot.
