Calico Relish

Ingredients
  Sliced cauliflower flowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Carrots 2 , cut into julienne strips
  Green pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Green beans 12
  Zucchini 1 , sliced
  Stuffed olives 24 (1 Small Jar)
  Wine vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In large pan, combine all ingredients except tomatoes.
Bring to a boil and simmer covered, 5 minutes.
Cool and let marinate at least 24 hours.
Store in refrigerator.
Cherry tomatoes may be added just before serving.
