Tomato Topped Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 2 Pound
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
For sauce
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

Place cauliflower in large pot with water and salt; simmer 15 minutes.
In a saucepan, melt butter; add onion, garlic, herbs and tomato sauce; cook until thickened.
Place cauliflower on warmed serving dish; pour hot sauce over top; sprinkle with cheeses.
