|Cauliflower||1⁄2 Medium, cooked and chopped|
|Onion||25 Milliliter, minced (2 Tablespoons)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced (2 Tablespoons)|
|Soft bread crumbs||250 Milliliter, divided (1 Cup)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Butter||50 Milliliter, melted (1/4 Cup)|
1) Mix the egg, cauliflower, onion, parsley, 2/3 cup bread crumbs, salt and pepper together.
2) Shape the mixture into 4 patties, then coat with the melted butter and rest of the bread crumbs.
3) Place the patties directly over the rack and cook as per the directions until lightly browned.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
