Cauliflower And Peas
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Frozen cauliflower florets||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Small Sized)|
|Frozen green peas||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Margarine/Butter||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Blue cheese dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Place water, salt, pepper, cauliflower and peas in 12-oz casserole [24-oz casserole].
Dot with margarine.
Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on high (550 watts) until vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 4 min [4 to 5 min]; stir.
Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
