Main Dish Cauliflower

|Chopped cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Soft breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
1.Preheat the oven at 375 degrees,
2.Take a 10 inch skillet and heat beef, bacon, onion and garlic in it until the meat turns brown.
3.Once done, put celery, carrot, parsley, tomato sauce, tomato puree, tomato paste, wine, salt and pepper in the skillet and allow the ingredients to boil.
4.After the boil comes, lower the flame and let the ingredients simmer for 40-50 minutes with the skillet's lid on.
5.Stir the ingredients in between.
6.Take a 12 x 8x 2 inch greased,glass baking dish and spread the meat sauce, ricotta cheese, noodles and mozzarella in ot.
7.Fill the dish by repeating the layers and then bake the dish for 25-30 minutes.
8.Serve the beefy lasagna hot.
