Mustard Topped Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Medium
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese/Swiss cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place cauliflower in a deep casserole and add water. Cover. Microwave at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 10) for 13 to 19 minutes, or until cauliflower in tender. Drain.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients, except cheese and paprika. Spoon mixture over cauliflower, then sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Microwave, uncovered, at Cook Cycle 2 (power level 7) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
