Stir Fried Cauliflower and Peas

Ingredients
  Corn oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1
  Black cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black cardamoms 3
  Black peppercorns 6
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 2 , sliced
  Cauliflower 1 Small, broken into florets
  Peas 8 Ounce (250 Grams)
  Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the oil in a wide pan to 180°C (350°F), or until a cube of bread browns in 30 seconds, and fry the onion with the cumin seeds, cardamoms, black peppercorns and cinnamon for about 2 minutes.
Stir in the salt, turmeric, red chillies, cauliflower florets and peas and continue to stir-fry for a further 5 minutes.
Finally, add the fresh coriander and lemon juice and serve.
