  Onions 2 , sliced
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 2
  Ginger pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  White cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried red chilies 4
  Curry leaves 4
Cauliflower 1 , cut into small florets

Place the sliced onions, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, green chillies, ginger, salt, turmeric, tomato puree and lemon juice in a food processor, grind for about 1 minute and then set aside.
Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, dried red chillies and curry leaves and fry for about 30 seconds.
Then add the onion and spice mixture to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Finally, add the cauliflower florets, cover the pan and cook over a low heat for 7-10 minutes, checking occasionally to prevent the mixture sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Serve the cauliflower hot with rice, and a dhaal.
