Mutton With Cauliflower

Ingredients
  Mutton 500 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Onions 115 Gram
  Turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 10 Gram
  Ginger piece 1
  Tomatoes 115 Gram
  Curds 55 Gram
  Cauliflower 225 Gram
  Chilli powder 5 Gram
  Fat 30 Gram
Directions

1. Wash, clean and cut meat.
2. Wash and break cauliflower into flowerettes.
3. Peel and slice onions. Crush ginger.
4. Heat fat. Fry sliced onions. When brown add meat, turmeric, coriander powder and ginger. Fry well on a slow fire.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and beaten curds.
6. When tomatoes are cooked add cauliflower, chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook gently till mutton and cauliflower are well cooked.
7. Simmer till all liquid is reduced and serve hot.
