Ingredients
  Cauliflower 225 Gram
  Tomatoes 115 Gram
  Onions 115 Gram
  Capsicums 115 Gram
  Hard boiled egg 1
  Cheese 30 Gram
  White sauce 295 Milliliter
  Butter 15 Gram
  Chopped herbs 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Parboil cauliflower. Drain and keep liquor for preparing the sauce.
2. Stew sliced tomatoes, onions and capsicums with the butter.
3. Put in a baking dish alternately with the cauliflower.
4. Put a layer of sliced hard-boiled egg. Cover with white sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Dot with butter.
5. Brown lightly in a quick oven.
