Classic Cauliflower Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 225 Gram
  Cheese 55 Gram
  Milk 295 Milliliter
  Refined flour 30 Gram
  Butter 30 Gram
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Wash and boil the cauliflower in salted water.
2. Make a sauce with flour, butter and liquid.
3. Add seasoning and three-fourths of the cheese.
4. Put the cauliflower into a greased pan.
5. Pour sauce over the cauliflower, sprinkle cheese and brown under the grill or high up in the oven.
