Cauliflower With Garlic Crumb Topping

Ingredients
  Bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (dry, whole grain)
  Cauliflower head 1 Large
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Whole grain bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Steam head of cauliflower whole, using as little water as possible, until it is tender but firm (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).
Keep warm.
Saute garlic, crumbs and wheat germ in butter until golden brown.
Spoon over cauliflower, top with chopped parsley and serve.
