Sesame Cauliflower Stir Fry
|Sesame seed||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Cauliflower||1 1⁄2 Pound, broken into flowerets, then cut in 1/8-inch slices|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place wok over medium heat.
When wok is hot, add sesame seed and stir occasionally until golden (about 1 minute); remove from wok and set aside.
Add butter to wok.
When butter has melted, turn heat to medium-high, add onion, and stir-fry until limp (about 1 minute).
Add cauliflower and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add water; cover and cook, stirring frequently, for about 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir in green onion, parsley, sesame seed, and salt and pepper to taste; stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over.
