Cauliflower And Tomato
|Cauliflower||1 , cut into florets|
|Tomatoes||1 Pound, peeled and chopped (500 Gram)|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Ounce, melted (125 Gram)|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams)|
|Grated cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams, Tasty Ones)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Gram)|
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until tender.
Drain and refresh under cold running water.
Place cauliflower and tomatoes in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Pour half the butter over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle with combined breadcrumbs and cheeses.
Pour over remaining butter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
