Cauliflower And Tomato

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 , cut into florets
  Tomatoes 1 Pound, peeled and chopped (500 Gram)
  Seasoning To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 4 Ounce, melted (125 Gram)
  Fresh breadcrumbs 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams)
  Grated cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams, Tasty Ones)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Gram)
Directions

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until tender.
Drain and refresh under cold running water.
Place cauliflower and tomatoes in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Pour half the butter over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle with combined breadcrumbs and cheeses.
Pour over remaining butter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
